East End Surf Life Saving Club plays a vital role in ensuring public safety at East End Beach by voluntarily providing highly trained lifeguards.

Our primary mission is to prevent drowning at East End Beach, in Strandon, New Plymouth. Beyond that, we’re dedicated to:

• Educating the public on safe open-water practices.
• Developing essential skills and fostering growth within our members.
• Providing sporting and leisure opportunities for all club members.
• Promoting healthy and safe recreational use of East End Beach.
